If you're a performer who does AFTRA-covered work, register with AFTRA H&R today.  Registering is free, and it's to your benefit. By submitting your completed Performer Registration Form, you allow AFTRA H&R to track your AFTRA-covered earnings and employer contributions made on your behalf. We use this information to notify you when you qualify for benefits.

Once completed, your Performer Registration Form may be faxed to AFTRA H&R at (212) 499-4925 or mailed to the address listed below:

You also will receive annual earnings statements from AFTRA H&R. Remember that if you don't register, you will not be able to take advantage of health and pension benefits for which you otherwise may qualify. Register today. It's to your benefit.
