Health and wellness resources - MyCareAllies – Visit the redesigned MyCareAllies site (enter "aftra" as the Group ID) for tools and resources to help you stay healthy. After registering at the secure site, Health Plan participants and adult dependents can complete a free comprehensive Health Assessment to help determine risks for certain medical conditions. The site also includes links to WebMD's Personal Health Manager, MyCareAllies’ Health Information Knowledgebase and discounts on health and wellness products and services.
- Achieve Solutions from ValueOptions – Comprehensive health, wellness and employee assistance information for AFTRA H&R participants.
- Medco.com – Register with Medco.com to access health and wellness information in addition to pharmacy resources and the prescription drug mail order program.
- Wellness.com – Learn more about achieving health and interact with other health-conscious people and experts.
- WebMD – Information and online tools to help you manage your health.
- YourTotalHealth – Women’s health and wellness information from NBC and iVillage.
- Men’s Health Network – Helping men and their families with health prevention messages and tools, screening programs, educational materials, advocacy opportunities and patient information.
Senior health resources - Medicare – The official U.S. government site for people with Medicare, helping to improve the health, safety and well-being of seniors nationwide.
- Medicare Prescription Drug Coverage – Information about Medicare prescription drug benefits from Medicare.gov.
- AARP.org – A nonprofit, nonpartisan membership organization that helps people 50 and over improve the quality of their lives.
