2010 Earnings Statements mailed
6/3/2011 6:52:41 PM
Summary ... Performers should verify the accuracy of information on their Earnings Statements, as reported earnings and contributions can affect qualification for benefits.
Full Story ... AFTRA H&R has begun mailing 2010 Earnings Statements to all registered performers on whose behalf covered earnings were reported for performance dates in 2010. Registered performers on whose behalf covered earnings were reported for calendar year 2009 — but not for 2010 — are being mailed a letter indicating that no earnings were reported to AFTRA H&R for 2010 performance dates.
If you receive a 2010 Earnings Statement (or a letter indicating that no AFTRA-covered earnings were reported and no contributions were received), please review and verify the accuracy of this information as soon as possible, because covered earnings affect qualification under the AFTRA Health Plan and covered earnings and contributions affect your vesting status and benefits under the AFTRA Retirement Plan. While AFTRA H&R relies on employers to make required contributions and report timely and accurate information about your earnings, please remember that you are ultimately responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information that is reported or not reported on your behalf.
