Correction: 1st quarter 2011 premium invoices

Summary … Some recently mailed Health Plan premium invoices for first quarter 2011 were printed with an incorrect due date.

Full story … Some recently mailed Health Plan premium invoices for first quarter 2011 were printed with an incorrect due date of Dec. 1, 2010. Please note that the actual due date for first quarter 2011 premiums is Dec. 15, 2010. This error has been corrected in AFTRA H&R’s systems, and so Health Plan participants may pay their first quarter premium any time on or before Dec. 15. Premium payments may be made online up until 11:59 p.m. ET on Dec. 15 or by check (address below) received by the due date. AFTRA H&R apologizes for the error and any inconvenience or concern it may have caused participants. If you have additional questions, please call Participant Services at (800) 562-4690.
