Summary ... Fewer Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) for dental claims are being mailed to participants.

Full story … Guardian, which administers the Dental Program for the AFTRA Health Plan, will no longer mail EOBs for dental claims if no amount is due from the participant. EOBs for claims that indicate you may owe a payment to the provider will continue to be mailed; however, multiple claims may be grouped together and mailed monthly. Participants may view and print all dental EOBs – including those no longer mailed – online at www.GuardianAnytime.com after registering at the Guardian Web site.
