A free comprehensive Health Assessment is available to AFTRA Health Plan participants and adult dependents at MyCareAllies ‘ redesigned site (enter “aftra” as the Group ID). The Health Assessment can help determine your risk for certain medical conditions. All information provided in response to Health Assessment questions is handled securely and confidentially, and the assessment takes only a few minutes to complete.
The redesigned MyCareAllies Web site also includes other links to other resources, including WebMD’s Personal Health Manager, MyCareAllies’ Health Information Knowledgebase and discounts on health and wellness products and services.
