What is the cost for the Individual Health Plan coverage?

If you satisfy the $10,000 minimum covered earnings threshold required to qualify for individual coverage under the Health Plan, you will be invoiced by the Eligibility Department and may enroll in the Health Plan by paying the necessary premium amount in full and on time. The current quarterly premiums and buy-up premiums (if you want to cover any dependents) are listed on this Web page.
