2008 Earnings Statements were mailed to all registered performers in early June 2009. Your Earnings Statement lists all AFTRA-covered earnings for 2008 that were reported to AFTRA H&R on your behalf by contributing employers. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information on your Earnings Statement. Verifying this information is important, because your covered earnings affect your qualification under the AFTRA Health Plan and your vesting status and benefits under the AFTRA Retirement Plan. If an employer failed to report or underreported any of your AFTRA-covered work during 2008, those earnings will not appear on your Earnings Statement. Please report any missing earnings or discrepancies to AFTRA H&R by August 31, 2009 by sending a completed Earnings Discrepancy Form, along with the required supporting documentation (listed on the back of the form), to AFTRA H&R at the following address.
