The AFTRA Health Plan offers both individual and family coverage. Performers whose covered earnings only qualify them for individual coverage (as defined in the Health Plan's qualification requirements) may choose to buy-up to the family coverage. The Health Plan has separate deductibles for major medical and prescription drug coverage.
