The AFTRA Health Plan offers both Individual and Family Plan coverage. Performers whose covered earnings (as defined in the AFTRA Health Plan) only qualify them for Individual Plan coverage may choose to buy-up to the Family Plan option. Both the Individual and Family Plans have separate deductibles for Major Medical and Prescription Drug coverage. There is no deductible for a hospitalization.
