What is the supplemental dental / vision plan?
Supplemental dental / vision coverage is not provided by, administered through or endorsed by the AFTRA H&R. It is provided through AFTRA the Union on a completely voluntary basis and is administered by Group Benefits Associates (GBA) and The Guardian. A separate premium applies. Contact GBA at (800) 450-1271 for details on the types of dental services the Union’s supplemental plan covers.
