Health Premiums Continue Unchanged Through March 2009
At their July meeting, the Board of Trustees voted unanimously to continue the 2007 rate for Health Plan premiums through March 31, 2009, again suspending the planned 5% increase for the fourth quarter of 2008 and the first quarter of 2009. At present, the anticipated 5% increase will not go into effect until, at the earliest, the second quarter of 2009.
