Coordination with Benefits from Other Dental Programs
You may be covered by other group plans that also provide dental benefits. For instance, you may also be entitled to dental benefits under the Screen Actors Guild ‑ Producers Health Plan or you may be entitled to dental benefits provided by a plan or under insurance through your spouse's employer. If you are, the Fund will coordinate the Dental Program's benefits with the benefits of the other plans. See the section entitled “Coordination of Benefits”.
Continuation of Coverage
If your coverage terminates, you may be eligible for continuation of coverage under COBRA. For Information, please refer to the COBRA section. COBRA applications must go directly to the New York Fund office.
